  Please complete the form below to request a Mass intention.
  You will receive an automatic confirmation upon submission. Within approximately five business days, our staff will contact you via email or phone to confirm your request, including the date, time, and location of the Mass. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.
  Mass Intentions are available only for weekday Masses (Tuesdays – Fridays).
  Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
  Intentions will be scheduled only after a specific date is confirmed and payment is received.
  
  Offering prayers for both the living and the deceased is a sacred and meaningful act, uniting us as brothers and sisters in the Lord.

  Mass Stipends
  - The customary Mass offering (stipend) is $10.00 per name.
  
  - The priest celebrant retains a single stipend per Mass celebration.
  
  - When a Mass is offered for multiple intentions for one celebration or the priest offers subsequent celebrations on the same day he sends all these additional stipends to the Diocesan Centre to be used for a purpose determined by the Bishop. (Canon 951).
